Videos are long/short enough to spread the message but still keep focused and have a chance to get engaged when opportunity to study appears. Several worksheets and support material aka templates included, just another opportunity to make implementation more robust and with purpose. And final but not least... practical examples and assignment specifically brings great motivation to make theory happen.
