Very nicely condensed to outline the foundations of the OKR-methodology. As for the presentation, the slides were to the point and focused. I was a bit inpatient with the parts that recapped and announced what to come - a side effect of the short-video format, I guess. They would, I suppose, have been more appreciated if I had not done the series in one go as I did. All in all very well done.

Very well structured presentation of OKRs. I learnt a lot already and still, I found me smiling how easily and in funny way this should be presented (thinking about some pictures included ;-) ). Videos are long/short enough to spread the message but still keep focused and have a chance to get engaged when opportunity to study appears. Several worksheets and support material aka templates included, just another opportunity to make implementation more robust and with purpose. And final but not least... practical examples and assignment specifically brings great motivation to make theory happen.

Helpful course to help define all notions and see what OKRs are not. Clear and step by step.

Very well structured and presented training, some more examples of does and don'ts could make it even better.
